Polski Fiat 125p is a motor vehicle manufactured between 1967 and 1991 in Poland under a Fiat license by the state-owned manufacturer Fabryka Samochodów Osobowych (FSO). It was a simplified and altered variation of the original, Italian-made Fiat 125, with engines and mechanicals from the Fiat 1300/1500.

The cars upon which the 125P was based on were good cars. The Polski-Fiat's cousin, the Lada 2100 series, was utterly brilliant. When it didn't rust and was well built, the 125P was a good car. The combination of old and new was a match made in heaven. Above all of its faults and annoyances, it did its job of motorizing Poland.

The 125p was formally launched in March 1968 under the 'Polski-Fiat' brand, although the chances of a Polish driver acquiring one were remote as it cost 185,000 zlotych, or virtually seven years' wages for the average worker. FSO extensively marketed its wares overseas, including the UK from 1975 onwards and to cater for the Polski-Fiat.
