"ChristmasThyme" Christmas Ornament Cocktail with Gin and Cranberries
To make a mint green peppermint cocktail, I mixed creme de menthe, rumchata, and milk. For the pink cocktails, I mixed Chambord with rumchata and crushed peppermints (where the pink tint comes from!). Fill the ornaments using a measuring cup or funnel. Serve over ice in a cocktail glass. Cost: $20.
