The Coach's Oats Protein Energy Bite recipe uses 6 ingredients or less. It takes only a few minutes make and doesn't require baking.

This cooking time is for the Instant Pot. It allows for 10 minutes of prep, 50 minutes of cook time, and 20 minutes for pressure building and release. Gather ingredients. Measure out your oatmeal, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla into a large bowl. Add eggs and almond milk and stir well.

Preheat oven to 300°. In a sauce-pan melt butter, brown sugar, honey and salt together. In a separate bowl combine oats, cranberries, raisins, almonds chocolate chips and flour. Add honey mixture to oats and mix well. In an 8 inch baking dish (lined with parchment paper or foil) spread granola mix. Bake for 30 minutes.

Instructions. In a large bowl, whisk together first 6 ingredients. Stir in oats and dried fruit. Transfer to a greased 8" baking dish. Refrigerate, covered, 8 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350°. Remove oatmeal from refrigerator while oven heats. Stir oatmeal, sprinkle with almonds. Bake uncovered until golden brown.
