I end up ordering the Lobster & waffle with a Sunset passion colada & I must say it was delicious. The waffle was crispy. It wasn't your ordinary waffle though, it tasted as if they possibly used the cheddar biscuit recipe with pancake batter, which was not that bad. The lobster was fried to perfection, no complaints there.
